   Great! I never published in Nature, but I like your comics about it! Do you know that some conferences (in chimical science, if I remerber well), are organized in a gender balanced way? both for the audience, for the keynote speakers and for the presenters. And it works well.

   Actually, most of the editors at Nature are women (and have been for at least 20 years) – look at https://www.nature.com/nature/about/editors
