“Sexes égaux, sciences égales ?”: a day for a more gender-equal science!

Good day everyone!

Big news! Our website is finally online, everything is on its way, and if you’re following us on social media, you already know that we launched the website on 30th January. Here is the program of the event we organized at University (Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1) that day:

If you missed the event, no worries, you can still watch the entire program online via the University youtube channel:

However, please, note, that the videos are mostly in french.

Our big thanks go to everyone that took part in the organisation of the event. It was a great experience and pleasure to spend the day together discussing and sharing. We talked about sexism in different environments, equal opportunities for women and men in science and shared our personal stories of women in men dominated surroundings. All debates and talks were rich, respectful and encouraging.

Thank you all for that!

We spoke on the Radio!!!

May 2017

Cléo Schweyer invited us for her radio show, “sciences pour tous, l’émission” hosted by radio Brume, the campus radio in Lyon. With Philippe Liotard, Nicolas and Marie and Manon, we spoke about women in sciences, our specific experience of being a feminine team in a male dominated area, and finally what to do to have more gender balance… That was fun!

If you speak french, you can listen to the show here.
